The website www.AvivaStadium.ie (the "Website") is operated by New Stadium Limited trading as Aviva Stadium (“Aviva Stadium”) ("we"/"us"/"our"), incorporated and registered in Ireland, (Company Number 387738), whose registered office is at the Arthur Cox Building, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. Aviva Group public limited company, incorporated and registered in Ireland (Company Number 113223), whose registered office is at One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 is the proprietor of the Aviva logo and trade marks which are used by Aviva Stadium under licence. Webpages in this Website that are the responsibility of Aviva Group plc contain a footer bearing the name of Aviva Group plc and those that are the responsibility of Aviva Stadium contain a footer bearing the name of New Stadium Limited. Any Personal Data provided on the webpages that are the responsibility of Aviva Group plc are subject to the terms of the privacy policy of Aviva Group plc.

You are also entitled to be provided with details of the personal information which Aviva Stadium holds about you. To request a copy of this information, a request must be made in writing giving details with which Aviva Stadium can identify you along with an administration fee of €6.35 (payable by cheque to “New Stadium Limited”).
